Garden mulch delivered and spread – many hands make light work!

Thank you to the helpful and hard working Children’s Garden volunteers who made quick work of the mulch pile on the patio beside the garden.  Over twenty volunteers continued to prepare the garden for spring planting.

The cold spring weather means that none of the fruit trees have broken bud.

The strawberry bed receives a top dressing of mulch before being planted with strawberry plants.
